Weekly Grooming Maintenance Visit

Every week, you receive:

Monthly Detailing (Included During Your Visit)

Once each month, during your regular weekly visit, you receive:

Executive Members receive first access to premium appointment windows during normal operating weeks.

Team-Based VIP Care

Your visits may be performed by master-level barbers, including the owner Bartolomeo Cerrati when available.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED (ADD-ON SERVICES)

  • Your membership covers exactly what is listed in your tier.
  • Any additional services are available à la carte and charged per visit.

Not included in membership:

  • Facials
  • Hair wash & shampoo
  • Deep conditioning treatments
  • Scalp therapies / scalp massages
  • Eye massager treatment

Add-on services are billed at standard menu rates and may be requested during booking or on arrival.

VACATION, MISSED WEEKS & TRAVEL POLICY

  • Your membership is a time-based weekly maintenance service, not a “52-service package.”
  • One visit per week is included during normal operating weeks
  • Missed weeks for any reason (travel, schedule conflict, illness, personal matter) are not creditable, refundable, or carried over
  • If the shop or a specific barber is away for travel, education, or business obligations, membership services pause until the next operating week with no credits or extensions
  • Visits may not be stacked (no doubling up to make up for missed weeks)
This structure keeps the system clean, fair, and sustainable for both members and the shop.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is the payment really upfront?

Yes. You pay once, and your membership is active for 12 months with weekly maintenance based on your tier.

Can I choose my barber?

Yes. You may book with any qualified barber on the team, subject to availability. If you have a preferred barber, we will maintain consistency whenever possible.

Do missed weeks roll over?

No. Memberships are time-based, not service-based. Missed weeks don’t accumulate or carry over.

What if I travel for 1–3 weeks?

Your membership remains active, and your weekly benefit continues. There are no credits, extensions, or make-up visits.

What if my preferred barber is away?

Another qualified barber on the team will perform your weekly visit, ensuring your grooming remains consistent.

Can I upgrade to Executive later?

If Executive slots are still available, yes — by paying the price difference. Availability is extremely limited.

Are membership payments refundable?

All membership payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

By purchasing any membership, you agree to:

  • One-time payment upfront; no refunds, transfers, or credits
  • 12-month duration beginning the day payment is received
  • One weekly maintenance visit during normal operating weeks
  • No rollovers, stacking, or make-up visits
  • Additional services (facials, washes, scalp treatment, etc.) are not included
  • Services may be performed by any qualified barber on the Just A Touch team
  • Respectful conduct is required — we reserve the right to discontinue membership without refund in cases of inappropriate behavior
